Michelle Farrow, Director of Recreation, Marketing, Tourism and Culture for the Town of Port Hawkesbury notes “This year, we renamed the series "Granville Green-Resurgence". After not hosting the series for a couple of years, we wanted a huge focus on community. We wanted the series to focus on sharing stories, creating lasting partnerships and friendships, fostering volunteerism.
This year’s artwork features Indigenous artist Marcus Gosse and the two crows image represents friendship, joy, community, strength, and love for the land.”
